Pretty Good
The thing that I liked about it was the piano, I assume you were trying to represent the piano as a rat? But this isn't considered to be a 'Jam' but more of a melody since in 'Jams' you would have a deep bass or fast tune etc. So you could change this to Sewer Melody :)
Ahh... I like what you're suggesting, but it's not exactly what I had in mind... Interesting idea nonetheless. When I picture this I see a first person view of someone jumping down the manhole into the sewer - and hearing some notes down the tubes in the distance. The person walks in the direction of the sound and it gets clearer, but they don't ever actually find the "Sewer Pianist". Which would have been the name I chose, except for two things: one, "Sewer Pianist" just doesn't sound as fitting or smooth - Two, I know that if I were to have that experience, I would probably end up referring to the event as "The Sewer Jam" event.
Nonetheless, your idea was cool and I can definitely see that perspective.

Very Good.
Usually, It seems that only a number of techno songs with vocals are good, and this is one of the few in the world.
